If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Items

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all RIXO tags still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid return label and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
